This place is HORRIBLE. The staff is sooo RUDE. Every time we would ask questions, the staff would take it like a personal attack and they would cop an attitude. Also when my daughters head wasn’t making much progress, they would act like we were doing something wrong instead of finding a solution. I hated going there each time. My daughter ended up graduating with no reason as to why (she still has a flat spot), no communication if this is the best it will get and no other options. We were just simply told that’s it. Amazing employees. Great with my son
We had a great experience at KC Cranial Technologies! The staff is so friendly and great with my son. The location was always clean and welcoming. The entire process took about 3 months, and we were very happy with the results! Very appreciative of the financing options as well. Highly recommend!
