I can't recommend this place enough! My son needed a Doc Band, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Dr. Thea and Tyler were absolutely wonderful; they were so kind and attentive, and it was always a pleasure coming in for his appointments. Mikey also enjoyed seeing them, which says a lot! The improvement in his flat head was remarkable, and he graduated after just 8 weeks. If your child needs this kind of treatment, I highly recommend this location!
My daughter started helmet therapy when she was 4 months old, and we continued for about 5–6 weeks. We saw an amazing improvement in her head shape, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and supportive throughout the entire process. They always took the time to answer our questions and made us feel very comfortable. It was truly a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place to any parent considering helmet therapy. Thank you so much for everything! 💕
They don’t verify your insurance until after the free consultation. We waited a week for the consultation, then the next day they called and said we’re out of network. It would be like if I scheduled an appointment with a cardiologist, at the first appointment they said I would benefit from treatment, but can’t start treatment today, have to schedule another appointment for the real evaluation. Tyler and Linda are so amazing and caring!!! The office is very clean too! We finished her helmet this week and her head looks great!
