I had an excellent experience with Cranial Tech in King of Prussia! Linda was fantastic, she truly went the extra mile in so many ways! She was patient, reassuring, caring, knowledgeable, and very quick to return calls and emails. She became a friend. She was really exemplary! We loved Cranial Technologies KOP. They were so nice and easy to work with. They fixed my daughter’s head in 10 short weeks and she was comfortable the whole time.
The services were good. But, we were lied to about the cost. They quoted us $35 with our insurance. But, our insurance co-pay for these services was $200. After two doc bands we ended up paying a total of $400 while expecting to pay $70 total. Tried to call and get an explanation as to why I was given the wrong quote and got an endless run around and no explanation. They use a third party billing company (Ottobock), that allows them to push off all blame to the billing company even though the original quote came from Cranial... read more
I can't recommend this place enough! My son needed a Doc Band, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Dr. Thea and Tyler were absolutely wonderful; they were so kind and attentive, and it was always a pleasure coming in for his appointments. Mikey also enjoyed seeing them, which says a lot! The improvement in his flat head was remarkable, and he graduated after just 8 weeks. If your child needs this kind of treatment, I highly recommend this location!
