The staff is wonderful. Made this an easy experience.
Writing this review in the hopes it saves other parents from going through the stress that we experienced. Nice facilities, nice people, and fancy high tech imaging equipment. And for all I know, maybe Cranial Technologies is a great option for those who truly need a helmet to help correct the shape of their head. I would question, however, how trustworthy they are when it comes to their recommendations as to whether or not intervention is needed. They are in the business of selling such treatments after all.
