We had an amazing experience with Cranial Technologies! Our son had some initial issues with his helmet, but the team went above and beyond to make things right — even providing an extra helmet. The staff was incredibly caring and professional throughout the process. A special thank-you to Katie for her kindness, patience, and outstanding support. Our son is doing great now, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful care we received!
Had a great experience with my baby. Had all my questions answered. Staff is very attentive and sweet towards my babies.
Rude front desk staff. We had a few minutes before they canceled our appointment and asked us to wait another hr which they could do an exception, and the way they talked to customers was very unprofessional and rude. I am unsatisfied. My baby wanted to play with a toy, but he was stopped and asked to wait until we were put in the room.👎👎
I'm torn about writing this review, as the treatment team at Cranial Technologies did an excellent job with our child's Doc Band. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great care. However, the billing experience was a nightmare. From the outset, there were discrepancies in the quoted costs and the actual amounts payable. Despite getting verbal confirmation on the costs, we were billed additional amounts, that didn't reflect our agreements.
