Rude front desk staff. We had a few minutes before they canceled our appointment and asked us to wait another hr which they could do an exception, and the way they talked to customers was very unprofessional and rude. I am unsatisfied. My baby wanted to play with a toy, but he was stopped and asked to wait until we were put in the room.👎👎

I'm torn about writing this review, as the treatment team at Cranial Technologies did an excellent job with our child's Doc Band. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great care. However, the billing experience was a nightmare. From the outset, there were discrepancies in the quoted costs and the actual amounts payable. Despite getting verbal confirmation on the costs, we were billed additional amounts, that didn't reflect our agreements. I loved my time taking my twins to this clinic for helmet appointments for one of my boys. It is a fun inviting and nurturing place. I was disappointed to learn they were going to stop putting up decorations for seasons and holidays, and no longer had a photo back drop for when my son graduated out of his helmet. Please bring back the fun atmosphere! This is a place for babies after all.
