It’s extremely bad business to not tell a working mother that their child is expected to attend the appointment with their hair a certain way. If I knew before hand that slicking down my child’s hair would help to get an accurate read, I would have. You’re literally WASTING MY TIME & MONEY! Next time go over a checklist when the appointment is being set up and text it with the reminder!
After months of physical therapy trying to reshape my babies head we were told my baby would still need a corrective helmet. We started this process when he was 6-7 months old and were pretty skeptical ,in all honesty, BUT the progress he made in 4 months was amazing! The team was so nice, informative and just overall great to work with. Im so happy with the results and couldn't be more grateful to the team that worked with my baby ❤️🎉🙌
