I have to admit I was nervous to start this journey with my son especially with all we went through when he was born. But the Cherry Hill office really did a good job at putting my mind at ease & were amazing with my son!
I would recommend this place and overall experience over and over again. Hearing your child has to wear a helmet isn’t something you usually want to hear and of course it comes with a lot of thoughts on if someone will judge you etc but they helped me realize how normal this really was and that this isn’t something that you should be embarrassed by. Our experience with Cranial Technologies has been absolutely wonderful! From the very first consultation, the staff made us feel at ease and fully informed about the entire process of using the DOC Band for our son. They were incredibly patient, answering all our questions and walking us through each step with care and compassion.
