Dealt with the office in Greenville, SC. This place should 100% be shut down. They refused to file any paperwork with insurance because it would “most likely” be denied. Even after the Humana Medicaid representative called them directly and asked them to file the paperwork because the helmet was on the “authorization approval” list and would most likely be approved, they still refused. No quede satisfecha por los resultados. Mi bebé tenía casi 8 meses cuando empezó el tratamiento. Tenía un problema severo de plagiosefalia. Yo pregunté antes de pagar para comenzar el tratamiento que tanto mejoraría la cabeza de mi bebé y me dijeron que en un 90 por ciento y no fue así! Todavía la cabeza de mi bebé no se ve simétricamente bien. Y se le ve plana. Ya terminó el tratamiento el cual duró como 3 o 4 meses. Y solo pasó de severa a moderada. Cabe recalcar que el uso el casco 23 horas diarias.
