Great experience. The staff and clinicians are great!
I was very pleased with the staff. They are very organized and they are flexible and understand that sometimes this helmet takes some extra time for some babies to get use to. The office is clean and the wait times are reasonable. The treatment does work. The quicker your baby gets use to wearing the helmet the quicker they will be done wearing it. They are very professional and they deff. Work with you and your baby.
Waited over an hour to get seen. I can see running 20 mins behind, but not over an hour making us wait in the room for the tech.
Great experience. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. The results for my daughter’s head were excellent!
