We came here for a consultation for our 4-month-old son after our pediatrician recommended getting his head shape evaluated. As first-time parents, this felt like a big and emotional decision. I’ve now had 2 children in helmets with cranial technologies. Both of them had great results. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, scheduling was easy. Would definitely recommend.
Result is not as promised. The helmet itself does some damage to babies head creating deformation around the latch area. I do not recommend wearing the helmet unless its a really severe case. For mild and moderate cases, the head can naturally gain its correct shape by being cautious and taking some steps at home as per NIH. We didn't know this and agreed to their suggestion of our son needing to wear their helmet for 2 months for his mild plagiocephaly.
