My son got his helmet on Monday, and ever since then it’s been a complete nightmare! It didn’t fit properly from the start, and we’ve had to go back every single day for adjustments. At one point, they even trimmed the forehead area so much that it doesn’t offer any support anymore! How is that acceptable? Cranial technologies in grapevine I have nothing but good, positive things to say about the place, staff, and care both my child and I received. Everyone is ready to answer any and all questions I had, they were all extremely polite, and there office was always cleaned and sanitized! The hour drive every week was absolutely worth it just to have received the care for my daughter’s head! Also, the play area was perfect for my son who had to come tag along to be occupied during the visits!
They took great care of our baby. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. Staff were all so sweet and made us feel so welcomed every time we came into the office. They have practical expectations on the end result which we appreciated. The change in our babies head shape is amazing. Our baby graduated yesterday ❤️
My son was referred by his primary doctor to this location for his head shape due to some flatness in the back of his head . He wasn’t bothered by it but as a parent, I was concerned. Cranial Tech called me in a matter of days after his doctors appointment and got me right in to get a consultation.
