I drove 50 minutes to this appointment because traffic turned what should have been a 40-minute drive into 50 minutes, with my baby crying most of the way. I tried calling to let them know, but their phone line wasn’t going through because they were at lunch. ⭐ 1/5 - Take Your Child Somewhere Else I would genuinely recommend almost any other provider before Cranial Technologies. From our experience, this place feels far more like a sales operation than a healthcare provider for children. The constant focus on selling and maximizing what they can charge completely overshadowed the feeling that our child’s care was actually the priority.
