Dawn and her team at cranial technolgies are simply the best. She helped us with our son’s doc band and his head shape looks fantastic. He graduated today and we will miss going to the office since everyone was so nice. The entire process from start to finish was an enjoyable experience. Thank you!

My grandson Shane just graduated today after several months of wearing his helmet. Dawn, the technician, is amazing. She is very patient, is happy to explain anything and gives very thorough descriptions of progress as you make your journey. The office is always spotless, your appointment is always on time, and even when you accidentally show up 45 minutes early (my error) Dawn and her staff accommodate you and get you out quickly. The staff was so knowledgeable, simply incredible.
My baby had to have 2 helmets and Dawn was truly the best. She was kind, patient, positive and was a warming presence. She was so sweet to my baby and my toddler who was always with us. This process was so smooth and straightforward, we are actually so sad our weekly visits are over and will miss seeing Dawn! The progress was better than I imagined and amazing to see the end results!
