We had a really good journey wearing the band at this CT location with Dawn and Angelica. My son had eczema on his face and neck, and I was concerned about his condition getting worse. Dawn is very helpful and gave us lots of tips to care for his skin. In addition, she replies to our emails within the first few days of wearing the band to ease our anxiety. They really took care of my son, guiding us through his whole care. No one in my family had helmet and they really took the time and care to make us feel safe and heard by answering all our concerns. Dawn the occupational therapist is this location is very knowledgeable and cannot recommend enough. We are overall happy with the result!
