My grandson Shane just graduated today after several months of wearing his helmet. Dawn, the technician, is amazing. She is very patient, is happy to explain anything and gives very thorough descriptions of progress as you make your journey. The office is always spotless, your appointment is always on time, and even when you accidentally show up 45 minutes early (my error) Dawn and her staff accommodate you and get you out quickly. The staff was so knowledgeable, simply incredible.
My baby had to have 2 helmets and Dawn was truly the best. She was kind, patient, positive and was a warming presence. She was so sweet to my baby and my toddler who was always with us. This process was so smooth and straightforward, we are actually so sad our weekly visits are over and will miss seeing Dawn! The progress was better than I imagined and amazing to see the end results!
The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. We had a great experience and felt our baby was in good hands throughout the process.
Dawn is the absolute best!!!!
