Cannot say enough positive things about the Elgin Cranial Tech location. From the caring, sweet, and truly incredible staff, to Sonya who was our PT, it was very bittersweet to end this chapter in our life. We visited the Elgin location 7 years ago with our oldest and now with our baby. Feels like the staff has become somewhat of a family. We were blessed with an amazing PT who was just so caring, sweet, loving and had the biggest heart. Our little one loved her and we will be sad to not see her and The staff anymore. Loved this place the staff were super nice and helpful and just a baby friendly place and definitely fixed my babies flat head ! Definitely recommend
Great customer service. Great attention to parents needs. Reason for 4 star, I'm not completely satisfied with my son's head shape transformation.
