NOTE: Our experience started off with an unpleasant experience with a therapist from the Boca clinic. Our son’s helmet was covering part of his eye and sitting over his ear, and when we brought up these concerns, she repeatedly told us that it was “normal.” We asked if we could come in to quickly adjust this before we left for our trip back in April but she told us she had “other clients” and couldn’t accommodate us. When I first noticed my 3 month old had a small flat spot on the back of his head I immediately told his pediatrician and was referred to Cranial Technologies in Jupiter for a band fitting. From the first appointment it was amazing. The care is amazing, the receptionist, and the girls that work there are awesome. Treatment took 7 short weeks and just like that his head is now perfect. Would recommend this office 1,000%
The front staff is always friendly and have always been patient and caring with my little one!
