My daughter wore the doc band for 10 weeks, and her head shape improved significantly. Overall, the whole experience was really smooth and pleasant. They took care of the insurance process for us—they reached out to our pediatrician for the paperwork and handled any follow-ups with the insurance company, which was super helpful. We were provided with wrong helmet and after 2 weeks wearing it during first visit they did not detect it. They did some adjystments and when we returned home and after an hour of wearing we had to go again. And guess what? they JUST FOUND OUT the helmet is not working and they need to order a new one and we need to wait another week! Ridiculous!!!!
They're very kind and they're very nice people 🫶🏻
