I had an appointment on Friday 22.08.25, I got there a bit earlier and what I witnessed was a Man being very abusive to the receptionist Kerry. Kerry acted very professionally and stayed calm in what I could see was a very stressful situation. The man said her job was unskilled and that he payed her taxes. Well done to Kerry for staying calm you are a credit to The Cranham Dental Centre.
Had an appointment this morning with my dentist and once again the receptionist helped me fill in my form. She is the most helpful and kindest person she is the rock of this surgery x thank you for always cheering me up and making me feel comfortable going to the dentist xx
Arrived for my appointment today. The staff were amazing. Was greated by a lovely receptionist who was professional polite and friendly. Thank you for a great appointment.
On Friday I had an appointment with the Dentist and was greeted well by the receptionist Kerry. After I had signed in, there was man who was so rude to Kerry because he was late for his daughter’s appointment . Kerry had politely expressed to the gentleman that because he is late his appointment would have be rescheduled. The gentleman did take it lightly and continued hurl abuse at Kerry saying things like; ‘I pay my taxes’ and ‘you’re just here working an unskilled job’. I want to raise a serious complaint about the receptionist I encountered today, who was by far the rudest and most self-important receptionist I have ever dealt with. Literally 5 out of 8 reviews about the receptionist here complaining about her rudeness, stroppy, doesn't listen or doesn't want hear customer, speak over customer!! I arrived with my daughter at 13:55 for her 14:00 appointment. The door was locked with a sign stating it would open at 14:00.
