I want to raise a serious complaint about the receptionist I encountered today, who was by far the rudest and most self-important receptionist I have ever dealt with. Literally 5 out of 8 reviews about the receptionist here complaining about her rudeness, stroppy, doesn't listen or doesn't want hear customer, speak over customer!! I arrived with my daughter at 13:55 for her 14:00 appointment. The door was locked with a sign stating it would open at 14:00. i have to wait 6 months to be seen i don't really like dentists so a good thing for me
I am scared of dentists but Dr sawar puts me at ease. The receptionist are great always helpful. Would totally recommend
After waiting 8 months for an appointment they cancel on the day, stroppy receptionist literally as I’m being rushed to decide in 2 seconds flat do I want to change it for another 2.5 months time said to me “I’m not sure what you want me to do”! In a stroppy voice. When you cancel a client’s appointment after an 8 month wait you could at least be sympathetic of that and have some patience while you give the news it’s now another 2.5 months wait!
I want say thans for my check up appointment for amazing doctor Aruntija and amazing nurse I can't remember, I think her name is Tatiana. girls both of you are amazing, nice.
