Dr. Russell Cranford is the BEST DOCTOR in Little Rock, Arkansas! He is professional, passionate and very knowledgeable! His bedside manner is very good and he cares about his patients. His Nurse Britney is also very professional, kind, compassionate, personable and knowledgeable. I am grateful for them and I highly recommend Dr. Cranford and his Nurse Britney.
3.5-4 years ago, I was seeing Dr. Cranford as my PC. I went in for severe back pain. Doc decided to use that appointment to tell me he was worried I was becoming addicted to my Adderall, even though I had never abused it in my 15 or so years of being on it. During the "conversation," my back pain spicked to an 8 on the pain scale. I was in tears over my pain. Doc asked "why are you crying?" I said, "my pain is at an 8!" Nurses never return your calls after leaving messages for them staff never answer the front desk phone...service sucks looking for a new Doctor..🤞
Dr Cranford is a wealth of information and is very helpful each and every time I see him. Since the colvid crisis he has kept me up on the proper information my family and I need to survive thru it. God Bless Dr. Cranford and staff!!!
