Horrible !!!!!!!!! I’m disgusted with the way my poor grandmother looks. She looks like she hasn’t been fed or washed in weeks !!!! Her back is all bruised up her skin is discolored. They are not taken care of by professionals, they are not taken care of PERIOD !!!!! They are super nasty over the phone they just don’t care. It’s terrible. This facility needs to be shut down !!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t ever leave anyone you love there, they will leave them to rot !!!! My dad was in this place from...Nov.17, 2020, until Dec 1, when we brought him home. With Covid 19, pneumonia, raw chapped ears from wearing a mask, and oxygen too tightly, and 5lbs of fluid in his body etc. He's diabetic, and on dialysis. Each day he was served nothing but starches, and carbs. One Friday after being brought back from dialysis, he called us, slurring in speech, because his sugar had dropped, and no one would respond to him, after repeatedly pressing the nurses buzzer. Poorly trained staff. I could not wait to get out.
Its almost 3 years at this facility! WE ARE NOT A CHARITY CARE CASE... THIS IS NOT FREE... Management/Ownership has changed now and staff is short, billing is not being handled correctly, and the care that I use to feel was above par.. is NOW decreasing. I am dissapointed!!!! When you go into a field of care giving and you manage people in the field of care you HAVE to care for the patient and communicate with the patients family. I want answers... I want answers NOW!!!
