Highly satisfied!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Crandford and his staff. The moment you step foot into his office you're greeted with kindness. From start to finish you're in the best of hands. The compassion, gentle care, and expert results he has for each one of his patients is top tier. Dr. Crandford and his staff truly care and it shows. I highly recommend them for your orthodontic care. You won't be disappointed.
Everyone is so friendly. It makes the experience more enjoyable.
I really liked them at first but after switching providers, come to find out they are money hungry and over charging people. My husband is military and when we started my daughter's journey with braces, we paid $500 down and $220 or so odd dollars every month for treatment. When I gave them the information to process our insurance they told me they couldn't bc I had "already started" her treatment by paying the $500 so insurance wouldn't cover her, they treated her for 5 months before we moved to our new duty station and sti... read more
