DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I was sold a car by Ross (now left coincidently) in January which had passed it’s MOT two days prior. Two weeks later, major faults occur which Woolpit Garage confirm should have been a major fail and Cranford stops returning any calls and closes the office two hours early to avoid dealing with the issue. Superb service bought a van very happy
I urge you all to beware of this company before purchasing a car from them. I have had nothing but trouble since the day I purchased my car, injector issues, window not closing, so many countless faults it’s unreal. Even though there was so many issues within days, they did not fix the issues, instead lies, lies and more lies. Bought car for my daughter really impressed with service we got
Bought a fiesta from here which a couple days later started to have issues, took it back and was taken to a garage in Colchester to be told it needed a new clutch and gearbox which I went through with as was all covered by warranty waited a month to get the car back and the same day I got it back the gearbox goes again. They gave up with the car and gave me a 2015 fiesta straight swap which had passed the mot with no advisories.
