Love it here — it’s such a beautiful community. The Health and Wellness Director is truly the best: caring, dedicated, and genuinely devoted to all of her residents. You can see her passion in everything she does for this building.
To those who say their loved ones thrived once they left this place, I totally agree with you. The staff try their best to perform to the best of their abilities with the little to no support from upper management and have to work within a very “tight” budget even though this place profits from their high rental costs. When your staff is treated with disrespect and not heard, that negativity trickles down and spreads like wildfire! Moral suffers, performance suffers and then business suffers.
