My parents moved into Alto Senior Living in Clermont because we were assured by the sales staff that attentive care and assistance would be available when needed. My mother has limited mobility and requires help with dressing, using the bathroom, and walking. Unfortunately, within the first 24 hours, our experience has been deeply disappointing. I perform at this clermont location along with many other assisted living residences. And quite honestly I witness such care and love to these guest each time I perform there. I see many types of residences and this one is certainly one of the best that I have witnessed. Louisa is just such a hard working lady taking care of these folks . She should be recognized by her bosses.

Alto staff is amazing. Recently, we visited Alto with my mother in law and to make her welcome Jeffrey invited her back for dinner. We came back and she was greeted by staff and residents and was welcomed and she made a few friends. We are excited for mom to be around the corner and in great hands.

Ours is a first experience with Alto and we have been greeted warmly and treated like family from the very start. It began as a brief tour (even without having made an appointment) and now moved into the facility with the help and guidance of Jeffrey. Jeffrey never rushed through any of the paper work and gave clear instructions to make this move a smooth transition.
