Alto Clermont, is a wonderful facility full of caring, proficient staff. They truly made the experience of moving mom into their memory care wing easy. Their facilities are beautiful and they truly care for their residents health and well being. Having a parent with memory concerns is not easy but knowing they are in good hands certainly helps make it more worry free and you can’t put a price on piece of mind.
We were able to move my FIL into a huge studio at Alto recently. Jeffrey Nietupski was instrumental in getting such a smooth transition and regularly checked on us and dad. Gloria in the nursing department was so kind and understanding with dad and answered all our questions.
