My insurance company went with them for the initial consult, and I had to sign for an emergency patch repair for my roof after the wind blew off a bunch of my shingles. I asked them two times for a quote on how much it would cost to redo the entire roof, and never heard back. I ended up withdrawing my insurance claim, and paying out of pocket for my roof to be redone with another company.
