We bought a house where work by some sub contractors has been done part of an insurance claim in langdon Alberta. There have since been many issues with the house. There was a leak in the cladding that leaked and caused mold in the house going from the top of the 1st floor all the way down the the basement. The siding company basically ripped off the original paper from under the cladding and decided to tape new paper to under the new cladding. Leaving a part between the siding and cladding bare. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company in Medicine Hat. From start to finish, the service was poor. Communication was terrible, and the workers loved their 17 smoke breaks, 2 hour lunches and as I overheard multiple times “ lets just go hangout at the shop”. They often looked for ways to avoid doing their job, including showing up to my house without ringing the doorbell or knocking, just so they could leave and claim no one was home.
