I recently had my car repaired at Cranes collision in Honeoye Falls after a run in with a deer. I was very impressed with thier professionalism and expertise. They provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs a d completed the work quickly and efficiently. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful and I felt confident in thier ability to repair the damage. My car looks like it just came off the assembly line. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto repair .

I think I just accidentally gave this place at three star review. As a frequent customer, I can say they absolutely rate 5 stars. Brenda and Ed are wonderful to work with, so honest and detail oriented. They got a collision job done for half of what another collision shop quoted us and the car looks fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about this team

drove our vehicle in to repair deer damage, KEY WORD - DROVE. when it was time to finally pick up the vehicle, there was no power steering fluid and a punctured steering rack line. the car was un-driveable and the steering wheel was unable to move in the slightest. cranes refuses to admit fault regardless of the fact that we drove the vehicle in and they damaged it to the point where we could not drive it out. do not take your vehicle here!!
