My two kids and my husband got orthodontic work here. The actual orthodontic work seems ok overall, but their customer service is horrible. We were given wrong information up front, had many bouts of miscommunication, instances in which we got the run around or different information from different staff, were treated poorly again and again. We spent over $13,000 here and were treated like crap. Would definitely not recommend for those reasons

I had saying negative things, but sometimes if you don’t speak up there won’t be change. As someone who has been working in dentistry for a decade. I hate to say that I feel very rushed in this office. I don’t feel like there has been enough time taken out for me as an individual and patient and I often worry if I didn’t have the dental experience and background that I do that I could end up with resorption or other issues when it comes to ortho. As our second oldest prepares to get braces, we are confident he will get the same great treatment and care as his big brother. The staff is detail oriented and very friendly!
