Crane Roofing installed a new roof and repaired our deck at our new home. Excellent service and very responsive. We were so happy with our experience we are using Crane Roofing for repairs to our old home before we sell.
I can’t think of a time I’ve ever had an experience this bad. At first Joe Crane was very responsive in giving me bids for my roof/siding replacement. He assured me the materials were ordered and my project was in his queue and would be completed in 3-4 weeks . I have never heard from them again. Called him, sent messages and he has literally disappeared. Buyer beware, don’t waste your time.
Wow just had one of their drivers in a ram (plate ending in 'U74) roll coal on a bunch of us where 94 meets 364. And then tailgating a car. So unprofessional to be doing that in a with your company's name all over the truck. Seeing other reviews taking issue with this company's driving. Wonder if that attitude on the road translates to their work as well.

Initially, the work appeared great. We had siding, all windows and doors replaced on our home in 2017. In March 2022, the big windstorm blew the siding from the east side of our house. I called Joe Crane, he eventually came out on April 13th and said it would be covered under the 5 year warranty. He would order it and should take 5-6 weeks to get in.
