My doctor of 14 years Dr Sinnathurai decides that he will no longer take my appointments Considering I had requested a referral for an occupational therapist and when he refused, I made a complaint. I had a very disappointing experience with the administrative and office staff at Crane Road Medical Center. In my case, getting requested reports sent out took much longer than I expected, with repeated follow-ups needed and poor communication throughout. The booking and cancellation processes—whether via the app or phone—felt unreliable and frustrating to use from my attempts. My mother in law is a new patient to this medical centre and Dr Kyaw Oo is the GP she had today. Dr Oo is one of the best GP you can ask for in the area, he answered all the questions with patience and gave the most helpful suggestions. He speaks fluent Chinese as well. Highly recommend Dr Oo!
Disappointed to hear that Dr. Latif has left the practice, she had been exceptional over the past year. My experiences with Dr Farshad have been great too and the reason I have kept this centre as one I still choose to go to even after moving to another suburb.
A well-equipped, professional clinic with excellent doctors. In particular, Dr. Latif is one of the most compassionate and professional medical professionals I've ever seen.
