DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company misrepresented their need for a helicopter to fly to my remote location, and charged A LOT extra for that, and then did not use it. Still charged me the full amount. Also the appraisal was done with wrong information and not "as is" which is customary for a refi. Most of all, I have tried and tried to call and email them just to discuss and get questions answered, and they have never answered. Definitely filing a complaint.
