I used to work with Cummins Allison for years, and it was hands-down one of the best and most pleasant companies I’ve ever dealt with. Worst customer service ever. I own multiple coming Allison money counters that are the backbone and staple of mini cash based businesses. For many Years Cummings was an amazing service provider and their machines performed excellent. That being said, even the best machines need service and maintenance. I'm not sure what this company does. Over several weeks, multiple phone calls, web form submissions etc...never a single reply. I have a direct email and phone number for one of their sales reps...nothing. No reply. Ever. I want to spend about 30k on several machines that were recommended to me, but now...not so sure. HORRIBLE. Today me and 2 students behind me paid 5$ each and nothing was dispensed. This one machine from this company steals 300$ a day from students, fix this and I’ll delete my multiple reviews.
