Crane Herbs changed its shipping policy without notice. They changed my 3-day shipping option to Ground because they wanted to save money (3-day shipping is free when you spend $150+). Unfortunately, my patient really needed the 3-day delivery of herbs for a heart issue because she was going out of town. Spent over $120 on my order and never received it. Was told by Crane Herb that I will have to pay again if I want my order re-sent. With the shipping rate + handling fee that they charge, this company can afford to ship with a more reliable carrier. I guess they don't give a damn about keeping their customers happy. Will never buy from them again!
