Absolutely phenomenal customer service, Anthony and Charles worked hard to solve the issue, and cleaned up what small mess they made. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone who wants a great, clean job done.
I called Crane Company, because there was a gas smell coming from the hot water tank. I asked the woman if there will be a service Fee being that they installed the tank. She put me on hold, returned to the phone, and She told me there will be no service fee, you are all set. Someone will be out soon. I thought the woman was snuffling from allergies.
