Had my MOT with Crane Bank yesterday. They are always considerate and calm and will go the extra mile. The improvement to my car following the work was immediately noticed and appreciated. Fantastic as always. They are now our families "go to" garage and have been for years. Thanks as always M Rogers Ps the car wash was appreciated
Fantastic service, phoned and a very helpful guy booked me in for the following morning. I dropped the car off and 2 hours later received a message to say it was ready, They fixed my air conditioning and advised me it had just lost gas slowly over the years and that it wasn't due to a leak. For what they charged for the whole service I was going to pay that for it to be diagnosed by another company so saved me a lot of time and money. Much appreciated.
Took my car to Crane Bank Garage for what I thought was a squeaky brake issue – turned out to be a bent wheel arch causing the problem. The team diagnosed it quickly, fixed it within an hour, and incredibly, didn’t charge me a penny. Really honest, professional service – couldn’t recommend them more!
I would recommend this garage highly friendly staff they only do the work that needs doing no hidden costs
Have recently had MOT, Service and new Clutch. Brilliant garage, work, prices and customer service. The guys treat you really well and talk in technical language I can understand 😊 Wish I'd found them years ago but will def stick with them now.
