My SUV suffered a catastrophic transmission failure thanksgiving holiday. From out of town visiting, Will and Ricky was the only shop open. Was very reluctant to leave my SUV 🚙 4 hrs from home but felt peace. Picked up my 🚙 yesterday, the boys delivered as promised. Professional, competent, prompt, reasonable, and courteous. These are the kind of people I would call friends. Highly recommended. Nothing short of a blessing to have met you guys(and mom)😊.
These guys are awesome!! They gave me the peace of mind that I needed after my car was stolen. The guys did a once over on my car, checked out everything just so I could make sure that my car was safe to drive after the theft of it. I dropped it off one day and picked it up the next. thank you!
Known this family for years now. Not only are they reputable people but the owner Will is a hell of a mechanic specializing in Diesel mechanic work. That doesn't mean they can't fix your Honda either, because this shop has all the skill and tools necessary to accomplish most repairs in house!
Was referred to Will Crane by Travis and Ginney Rector and he quickly diagnosed the problem with my Ford Taurus SHO and fixed it getting me back on the road in just 1 day. He and his Team are professional, polite, knowledgeable and honest! I highly recommended Crane Automotive to everyone without reservation!
