Great mountain getaway. Quiet in the offseason and the room was really clean. Cozy and romantic. Great for a weekend away and an easy walk to anywhere in town or to trailheads for hikes.

The owner is so rude to hang up my phone. That is very rude and unprofessional to customers. I will recommend no one to go there. They treat customers terrible: I guess their service is terrible too. My booking was cancelled by Expedia. They contacted you earlier. If you could agree to my refund, that would be really appreciated. I booked around 1pm yesterday, then, I got sick and could not go. The lady who answered the phone doubted rudely that I was not sick and refused to refund me and then hang up my phone. She is so rud... read more

Love this place, great getaway location. Had a room big enough for my large family, excellent friendly service. We even accidentally left a new stuffed carcajou teddy in the room after we left, and the super kind staff found it in the room and mailed it home to us!! Needless to say we had a super happy and grateful kid who got their fluffy friend back. Great work!! Thank-you Crandell Mountain Lodge for a great stay in Waterton!!!

It's a rustic old hotel in a National Park. I'm not sure what some people are expecting, lol. I don't come to Waterton to watch TV. It's cozy, clean, reasonably priced, and close to town. I have always enjoyed my stays here.
