Booked through Expedia. The pictures are very deceiving! We walked into our room and right back out. Very old! Holes in the deck out front of your room, No air conditioning and the room didn’t have what we booked. Went back to the front desk to express our concerns and that we don’t wish to stay there. Taylor did not move us to a different room and told us to call Expedia to get a refund or credit and that she fully understood.
