Great service, safe and secure location
Otis Self Storage gets the job done but there's definitely room for improvement. The units are functional and the location is convenient, but the facility could use better lighting and more regular maintenance. Access hours are somewhat limited compared to other storage options in the area. Pricing is reasonable which helps, but the overall experience is just average. Fine for basic storage needs, nothing more.
Otis self storage has been great to work with. They have been very communicative and even made sure that I was able to get in and out of my unit after a huge snowstorm storm. Absolutely recommend.
Highly recommend Otis Self Storage! The owner, Rob, is super attentive, answers text messages and calls right away, helps out with anything that comes up. The whole place is clean and organized, safe, easy to access, great prices and service. We had a 10’ x 30’ with access at both ends. Exactly what we needed. When we needed help unloading, Rob recommended 2 brothers who did a fantastic job. Otis self storage is the greatest! Facility is spotless and my valuables were always protected by excellent security. The owner was always responsive and helpful even when we got locked in and couldn’t get out. He is a pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly
