Highly recommend Otis Self Storage! The owner, Rob, is super attentive, answers text messages and calls right away, helps out with anything that comes up. The whole place is clean and organized, safe, easy to access, great prices and service. We had a 10’ x 30’ with access at both ends. Exactly what we needed. When we needed help unloading, Rob recommended 2 brothers who did a fantastic job. Otis self storage is the greatest! Facility is spotless and my valuables were always protected by excellent security. The owner was always responsive and helpful even when we got locked in and couldn’t get out. He is a pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly
Otis Self Storage has been such a great place to store our belongings since 2021. 5 stars for ease of access, cleanliness and security!! And the change in ownership in 2024 was seamless. Rob, the new owner. has been terrific in helping us find new units to accommodate short term needs and even helped facilitate a move for us with his ‘moving team’! . I cant rank this facility high enough!!
Owner has been extremely helpful and very friendly. Units are clean and secure. I would absolutely reccomend this facility to anyone.
Excellent accommodation, especially with selections of choice for size of personal inventories. Always under 100% surveillance to keep the whole property entirely safe and monitored, in any cases of robberies or tornadoes. I totally recommend this place!
