Had trouble booking with through the online portal, but someone came on line via text and helped me. I have a camper on the the back, and they were able to accommodate the added height with no problem. Great service, ahead of schedule and on budget. Won’t go anywhere else to service my truck.
We dropped our truck off for a “customer satisfaction “ issue concerning a death wobble ( which we have had happen in the past) we left it there for 24 hours and when we got there they said they had to pull it back in because our issue was ball joints, etc. they didn’t change anything we went in for and wanted to give us a quote on repairs they thought were bad. I don’t write many reviews. Primarily because I am a business owner and I hate when I get a negative review- and most of my service encounters that warrant reviews are negative. Well Karl Malone Ford service department is worth taking the time to acknowledge outstanding service. I called this morning to ask about making an appointment for some simple things.
