Shockingly poor communication and attitude. I have never seen anything like this before. The attitude taken by the staff was like they were doing us a favor by picking up our project. To top it off, they quoted 50% more than their peers and asked for the 50% of the quote on signing the contract and remaining 45% or so before the work commenced. Unreal! We had a major renovation done in our home with Cranbury design center. A total gut and layout change in our kitchen and laundry room. New tile flooring in the laundry room and extended wood flooring into our kitchen. All new down lights and light fixtures as well. Family room wainscoting was added thru out and applied molding added on the high angled feature wall. We had our kitchen and laundry room renovated last year. It was an enormous project, with walls torn down, new windows, floors, doors, ceilings. It was a lot of work. We are so pleased with the beautiful outcome. My dream kitchen and laundry room is stunning. We have only positive feedback about Frank and all of his experienced, very artistic staff. Completely surprised by how this design center engages with customers. I have a kitchen to remodel and reached out to them based on search on google. They were very professional at first and booked appointment to have Liz and Frank(I believe that was the name). We agreed on a weekday to visit my place and do the measurements. Working with Liz and the team was great. Kitchen design was extremely well done, regarding kitchen flow. Liz refer all for an appliance vendor we also spot on. Pricing was extremely fair and everything was delivered on time. One issue came up from the vendor regarding a wrong stain color on a trim piece. Cranbury’s install team led by Tom addressed the issue to perfection. I will be referring them to all my clients. Thanks again looking forward to working with you again.
