I would like to share my recent experience at the Cranbrook Welllness Centre. In particular, Josh Pelletier was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. My appointment was booked efficiently, and every step went exactly as planned. Josh was friendly, efficient, and caring, always making sure that steps were communicated clearly, and following through to ensure that I had what I needed, and that follow up steps were outlined in detail.
