From check in to triage to Dr was first rate. Meagan the triage nurse, sorry I don't know the name of the lovely lady at reception and Dr Lynch were all very kind very caring. I left feeling less stressed as we had a plan of action. THANK YOU!!!
My doctor wasn't available to see me, and I was suffering from a badly infected bladder and urinary tract. After walking in to ask if a Doctor is available, I was greeted by friendly staff who began my file immediately. A Urine sample was retrieved and processed confirming the infection, and a script for Antibiotics followed. I mentioned I had also started having chest pain as well, so they called the Hospital ER and told them I was coming up! Great experience with the ladies! You can tell how well organised they are and how they try and communicate very well! Wait time is always going to be a point of discussion with clinics that accomodate to walk ins and I can say I did not wait long at all (obviously expecting to be there for a while) also had a lot of questions which got answered quickly and with patience. Can recommend
