I’ve been meaning to write a review for a long time! We bought our PHEV outlander almost two years ago now at the cranbrook dealership. Allan in sales was great to deal with and he is still working there. I have had a bit of minor warranty work done that was seamless and have had all my servicing done there to date. No complaints, just good experiences all around and the car is great too!
Bought a new RVR from this dealership in 2024. Turns out it had a pretty big rain leak coming in through the back. Rotting the insides out. Although the leak test guy confirmed that it was to no fault of my own, Mitsubishi still resisted covering all the costs of fixing it. My local dealership had to argue on my behalf to get the damaged airbags replaced. Funny enough I drive my partner's kids(including a baby) around in the back seats this whole time.
