I went in today to book my service appointment only to find the lot and building empty. a dealership should not just close down without letting their local customers know. They do have our contact information. Shame on Mitsubishi Canada.
Went here in May 2026. Found signs stating it was permanently closed until further notice.
My Mitsubishi with only 90k kilometers on it was running out of oil within 4k kilometers after a new oil change, service department at the Cranbrook Mitsubishi only wanted me to keep paying for "oil consumption tests" out of pocket only to tell me nothing was wrong and this was "normal oil consumption". After having to take it 3 hours away to the Lethbridge dealership it now has an entirely new engine all under warranty.
Brian & Kevin were such a pleasure to deal with. I looked all across BC & AB to find a Grand Cherokee that had the features I needed at the price I wanted. When I finally decided Cranbrook Mitsubishi had the right unit for me. Brian sent every picture I asked for & Kevin worked to make sure I got the best rate. I’ve been meaning to write a review for a long time! We bought our PHEV outlander almost two years ago now at the cranbrook dealership. Allan in sales was great to deal with and he is still working there. I have had a bit of minor warranty work done that was seamless and have had all my servicing done there to date. No complaints, just good experiences all around and the car is great too!
