Very disappointed today! Drove over an hour to make this service appointment- Waiting for over an hour and a half. They diagnosed but we not able to solve anything with the electrical issues with our Jeep - After charging us over $200 then we notice on the invoice they were not able to reset the codes on the vehicle. So we leave with absolutely nothing done to correct over 2021 vehicle and we are left never known if this electrical issue will happen any time - anywhere again. No customer service at all.

I cannot express enough how amazing the service I received from Troy and His team was. Not only did they do everything they could to get me the best value for my dollar, they treated me like family. Had issues with our truck after having it fixed at another dealership not only did they fix it but the also brought it to our attention that the part we had replaced and paid for should have been covered under the extended warranty so all of this got us a full refund thanks Cranbrook Dodge nice to see honesty
