I make sure I come in for a workout every time I'm in town. Super welcoming and well run. Always a fantastic workout.
An incredibly warm and welcoming environment for all fitness levels! I love coming here to challenge myself while building connections with fellow members of the Cranbrook community. The supportive atmosphere and expert coaching make it a fantastic place to grow stronger and healthier!
I’ve been to quite a few CrossFit gyms and the coaching at this gym is among the best I’ve encountered. The community here is really welcoming!
I joined just over a year ago and so happy I did. I had no idea how to lift weights and really wanted to learn. The community and coaches are so encouraging, knowledgeable and supportive. I was nervous to go without knowing anyone but it’s been amazing. I’m getting stronger every week and pushing limits I had no idea I was capable of.
I joined needing a change from my usual fitness routine. I am so happy that I did!! Everyone has been super welcoming and encouraging. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful. Such a great community and fun atmosphere!! Highly recommend!
