Cara is great to work with. She was very generous with her time during the initial consultation and treatment. I had noticable improvements in my physical and mental health after the first few sessions.
My doctor referred me to Cara and I’m glad he did. This was my second experience with acupuncture and traditional Asian medicine, and it was apparent from the start that I was in good hands with Cara. She is certainly knowledgeable and professional in her practice, but also very caring and empathetic while she uses her skills to open the body's channels to healing. Cara was amazing! She took the time to listen to the problems I was having an immediately started helping me feel better. She made time in her schedule to see me once a week an after going for a month , the pain I had in my right hand an arm from tendonitis was gone! I was amazed!!! Along with other pains I was having having gotten so much better. This was an awesome experience that helped extensively with the pain I was having. I would recommend Cara to anyone dealing with pain!! 10 stars thank you so much :)
Dislocated my shoulder in a ski accident and for 4 months pain would not stop even with physio, Cara got me to pain free movement through her Chinese medicine/acupuncture practice in one month of seeing her. She also stopped my restless leg syndrome of running in bed at night under stress. Truly amazing experience and can't thank her enough. Also, just being with her for an hour is uplifting, the actual treatment is a bonus!! ❤
