I would strongly advise against dealing with Cranbourne Toyota based on our extremely frustrating experience. After purchasing a Yaris Cross Hybrid just 3 months ago, we were quickly faced with multiple issues. Despite this, we had to wait 4 weeks just to get the car booked in for inspection. The service itself was even more disappointing. Mitch, the service technician, conducted a road test but showed little to no interest in understanding the issues. I have zero idea how this dealership is still running the business or Toyota is on sleep to let these people handle the business like that, called them 3 times on different dates to ask them for a quote and believe me explaining them simple ABC was like explaining quantum physics, why would they let someone pick the call who has zero idea about cars and kept asking useless questions with zero knowledge and guess what despite of going through this question and answer session no one ever get back to me with a quote and I have ... read more
