I would strongly advise against dealing with Cranbourne Toyota based on our extremely frustrating experience. After purchasing a Yaris Cross Hybrid just 3 months ago, we were quickly faced with multiple issues. Despite this, we had to wait 4 weeks just to get the car booked in for inspection. The service itself was even more disappointing. Mitch, the service technician, conducted a road test but showed little to no interest in understanding the issues.
