Very disappointing experience at the Cranbourne branch. I’ve always taken my car to the Dandenong service centre in the past and they’ve been absolutely fantastic — efficient, friendly, and my car is always serviced and washed within an hour. This time, I went to Cranbourne and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. They told me there’s no car wash available but still charged the full amount. Sales Delivery and Finance Team members deliver exceptional service. But car care products team members just spoilt the experience at Cranbourne Toyota. I have been waiting 1 week now for a car care product that has been paid for upfront and response from the team member is that the customer should call Cranbourne Toyota's 3rd party service provider to follow-up. Really pathetic.
