Reception staff are exceptionally rude, zero compassion and answer the phone very abruptly. Treated poorly when in clinic also
No compassion for a sick 7 year old boy. They had appointment available with doctor hossein but that super busy guy doesn't take new patients even if he have available appointments. Weren't your old patients new when they first visited you. Sometimes you can make an exception depending upon the seriousness of the situation. Very bad customer service. Even they told me that they will sent me a text to fill form with Dr Sam but didn't received it. Very unprofessional.
You can never get an appointment in emergency situation that does not require an ED admission. The receptionist does not show any compassion or try her best.
