Not the cleanest rooms, personal security is questionable. Didn't get murdered so that's a plus. It's cheap and it's in cranbourne...... You figure it out.
Absolute filth avoid at all costs
This was hugely disappointing. Dirty and unclean room that stunk of cigarette smoke. There was mould in the shower, dirt on pillows, a smashed up mirror in the wardrobe that had not been fixed, and splatters of something on both the bed and cupboards. A kettle and microwave were provided but no cups, plates or bowls or other amenities. I have allergies that were flared up after sleeping in the room for five hours. We did not stay for our booking and instead sought another accomodation.
Operator on phone is RUDE & Customer Service is BAD. Operator or reception would not even bother to hand Room keys over & expect Cash payment to dropped off into After Hours box before he would wven tell me where to pick up keys. Room prices are too EXPENSIVE.. I WILL NEVER BOOK IN CRANBOURNE MOTOR INN AGAIN.
