I submitted a complaint regarding the pricing for the service of my vehicle on August 19th and am still awaiting a response. I have been informed twice over the last several weeks that it has been escalated and that I should receive a response soon, the last I have heard from them was on September 12th. It is incredibly disappointing as we have 3 vehicles in our household that have had ongoing services at Cranbourne Kia and we have never had an issue before.
I was completely happy and impressed with Rand. Being disabled, it is awkward for me to get around, and Rand couldn't do enough for me. I was so happy with my purchase, and the professionalism of ALL the staff @ Kia Cranbourne. 10 outta 10 🤩
Rand took us through the whole process in a seamless, low pressure way, and now we’re loving our EV5.
Stay away from the finance department they are dishonest, obscure and refused tell the interest rate they were charging rather they kept telling me the monthly payment. And refuse to give to loan without added products. That i didn't need. Really poor expirence happened three ago. Still wanted to share. Putting a nice comment does fix the problem. Under the feedback.
