Fantastic buying experience from start to finish. Communication with Rand was clear and timely and he made a great offer once he understood my requirements fully. This included coordinating a couple of extras and arranging interstate transport via Prixcar. Deal was still significantly better than I could achieve locally. We own two Kias and I know exactly where I'll be coming to next time I'm due to upgrade.

Purchase of new car was a relatively smooth process. Trade in price was fair. Car was ready to pick up on agreed time and date. Review looses one star since the salesperson on pick up, stated he would run through the features of the car but all he did was show us how to connect to apple car play, he really didn’t know about any other features or controls on the car. I would recommend salesperson delivering car have a little more knowledge on car features on handover.
