Bad and unclean place. I do not recommend it. Communication is bad
Worst experience ever. We drove all the way from our local swimming pool to the Cranbourne YMCA specifically to use the spa and warm pool, only to be told that children under 16 are not allowed in those areas—unless you provide a medical certificate. Seriously? So if you're a single parent who can’t leave your child unsupervised, don’t even bother going. What kind of family facility excludes families in this way?
