Bad and unclean place. I do not recommend it. Communication is bad
Worst experience ever. We drove all the way from our local swimming pool to the Cranbourne YMCA specifically to use the spa and warm pool, only to be told that children under 16 are not allowed in those areas—unless you provide a medical certificate. Seriously? So if you're a single parent who can’t leave your child unsupervised, don’t even bother going. What kind of family facility excludes families in this way? Atrocious & unhygienic, not baby friendly. • highly recommended for children over 5 • "family room" is just a shoebox sized enclosed room with no change table & only 1x bench & 3x hooks on wall. Cannot fit medium to large prams or doubled prams. • Female shower only has 5x ridiculously small showers with no bench space and 1x hook on the wall.
