Atrocious & unhygienic, not baby friendly. • highly recommended for children over 5 • "family room" is just a shoebox sized enclosed room with no change table & only 1x bench & 3x hooks on wall. Cannot fit medium to large prams or doubled prams. • Female shower only has 5x ridiculously small showers with no bench space and 1x hook on the wall. Family rooms are so dirty
Unfortunately your team lacks basic essence of humanity October 2nd 2024, my dad joined my nephew for his 4pm swimming class. And my dad was in the recreation pool just relaxing with a noodle. One of the life guard’s stick, slipped and hit my dad on his eye lid. We were understanding and didn’t make a fuss and the centre manager came to file a complaint asked for the details. The pool seemed to be dirty; unable to use water slides due to only having one operational donut to use! Pretty appalling! Do yourself a favour and drive a bit further and Goto Frankston
