Mat in the service centre is extremely rude and unhelpful. Couldn't even pretend to be interested while I was explaining the ongoing problems I was going through with my car even though I get all my work and servicing done here (not anymore after today). Spent good money twice to chase down an an elusive issue with the oil pressure warning coming on sporadically in my Holden CalaisV. Came in to get service done for my car which I had to leave overnight since they had called and let me know they had found some other faults which was fine and happy to pay and will need some other expensive work done on it (so for this visit I spent $ 1295 ) I had asked on the phone when they had called and told me about the other repairs needed if they could check the blockage of my left hand spray nozzle…(as for some reason it’s always the left getting blocked and would usually get fixed at other times I had services) The... read more
Had my car serviced here once and they said everything was perfect. 2 days later my battery died while i was out. Haven’t been back since!
I had my vehicle serviced at Cranbourne. Job was completed on time, staff were very helpful and courteous. Cost of service was good. Overall very well done by all at Cranbourne Holden service centre
