TLDR: Paid $480 to fix my A/C. It never worked. Was then told I’d need to spend up to $1,500 more, and the front-man Rob was hostile when I questioned it. Posting with full context, as I can see reviews here are actively responded to. I brought my car in late December on the last business day before the Christmas break after my A/C stopped working. Older bloke at the desk was a rude prick, charged $300 and completely miss diagnosed problems!!! Told us to change some parts and bring it back and he was always too busy to see it again… Plenty of better auto elecs around Cranbourne…

Good place. Friendly and honest customer service. I brought in my car suspecting my headlights were not working. Turns out there was nothing wrong and I was just being an idiot, but Matt was very good about it, replaced my parking lights anyway and only charged me $20 for the time. Sure I gave them all a good laugh, but very much appreciate the honesty.
Rude stuff doesn’t give a quote before hand for a security alarm not even inspection cost so I can get an idea how much I’m looking at anyways not the worse after 2 minutes of changing my mind they make a rude comment for changing my mind unprofessional
