The office staff are friendly and very responsive to inquires. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and works efficiently to correct any issues. Need a place to call home? Look no further, Cranberry Village is a great place to call home! This is a wonderful community!
Was considering moving here. I saw many properties available. One phone call to the office reveals why so many people are selling. And I really wanted to move to that area. Oh well. Back to looking in North Hills.
Buyer or renter beware. Anything that is promised verbally - get it in writing before paying any money or signing any paperwork. The lot rent is very high and was raised yearly while we were there. The property has a lot of restrictions and there is favoritism to some tenants. There are so many other options in the area- I don’t care how desperate you are - look elsewhere!
