I typically don’t post reviews but I wanted to help correct a low review by sharing my wonderful experience with the entire staff while my mother was under care at cranberry place. The nursing staff, aids, PT, food and cleaning service staff were all super kind and she was well cared for during her stay. She has received care at at least four other facilities and this was by far the best experience.
The staff are amazing!
I'd trust my mother with no other care or rehab facility. This is her second stint in physical rehab in as many years, and we chose Cranberry immediately for this round again, despite us living over an hour away. The team here is nothing short of phenomenal - they are attentive, kind, punctual, and give each and every resident the dignity they deserve as people. I have a friend here who is unfortunately going through some health issues and went to visit him and the staff was very friendly. Seemed to be attentive to the resident s and pleasant. The place was clean and well laid out.
